These are just a few of the many paths that bring a person to counseling. As for myself it turned out to be a need to open my mind and spirit to discover love, joy, and purpose. Whatever the reason or path, I hope to help people not only navigate difficult times but also discover themselves and develop the tools to move forward in a positive, productive way.
Through an integrative approach, we begin by figuring out what is fundamentally important to them, what the underlying values they hold sacred are, and what needs to happen to fulfill those life values.
