I have extensive experience working with individuals who are grieving, families who are struggling in their relationships, and with those who are facing challenges in their lives and in their relationship with God. I do individual counseling as well as marriage and family counseling. I focus on communication skills, coping with stress and anxiety, trauma, and healing past hurts. My perspective and approach is Christian but I work very well with clients who are not religious or who are exploring their relationship with God.
Restoration Therapy looks at the messages we send ourselves about our love worthiness and safety and challenges them with the truth. We uncover past hurts and seek healing through understanding and reframing.
