About
I have a personable style of working with people which allows them to quickly settle into the therapy process. I focus on helping others learn how to rely on their inner resources which will define their true personality and recognize the beliefs or behaviors which hold them back from their full potential. This opens up the process to build new skills, a stronger self esteem, regain self confidence and a real sense of direction. With a renewed sense of personal strength people build healthier, happier relationships with family, friends and coworkers, and pursue vocations with greater success.
My therapy is interactive and supportive, blending Cognitive, Behavioral, Dialectical, Emotional and Mindfulness Techniques to resolve core issues which we are all susceptible to and can affect us and our relationships. This approach is highly pragmatic leading to new skills, insights and behaviors.
I work with adults of all ages with Emotional, Identity, Relationship, Trauma and Addiction Issues. I also work with teens, both individually and with the family, for Emotional/Behavioral Problems and Parenting Skills. My greatest reward is the appreciation of my clients, for the gains they make from our working relationship!
