With over 30 years experience in mental health treatment, addiction recovery and healing relationships, I've built my business on helping people create happier, healthier and more harmonious lives. My counseling is individualized, personable, and solution-focused. I use a multimodal approach to best connect with your uniqueness. My goal is to help you better cope with the presenting problems and develop the skill-sets for long term and permanent recovery. Helping you develop healthy relationships and psychological well-being are my top priorities.
I've dedicated my career to working with people who found their lives stuck and craved more for themselves. Whatever the issues are that have left people struggling to cope and stood in the way of them living their lives to the fullest, I've committed myself to help people by using proven tools and clinical techniques.
