Everyone has times in their life when they need an outside perspective or some help. I help kids 3 and up, teens, young adults, and men live a healthy life, handle stress and difficult emotions, process trauma, improve behavior and generally live happier! I have a friendly, laid back, person-centered and child-centered approach.
I am a proponent of attachment and all of the evidence-based theoretical models that come from that perspective. I use EMDR, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Child Parent Relationship Training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychological education/resources as tools to help clients meet their goals.
