I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma/complex trauma. I also provide couples and marriage counseling. My approach focuses on evidence-based techniques like CBT, ACT, and EMDR to help you achieve mental well-being and personal growth. I provide clinical counseling as well as Christian integrated counseling for those that prefer counseling from a biblical worldview.
Anxiety and depression are currently the two most prevalent emotional health issues. That's why I've chosen to specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I individualize your treatment plan using the most effective evidence based treatment modalities (CBT, MBCT, ACT) to help you feel better and get better. I also use EMDR for treating trauma.
