I am a dedicated mental health professional with 9 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s toughest challenges. I have helped parents build nurturing homes, guided teens through anxiety and behavioral struggles, and empowered clients to navigate trauma and major life transitions. I create a warm, safe space where clients are met with respect, empathy, and a clear path toward healing and growth.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and specialize in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and clinical case management. My client-centered and culturally responsive approach focuses on meeting people where they are and helping them move toward their goals with compassion and practical guidance.
