My approach is a combination of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral, DBT, solution- focused, mindfulness techniques, DBT and holistic healing. I am sensitive to issues of faith and spirituality, and at your request am willing to incorporate spirituality into treatment.
I take a mind-body-spirit approach to therapy. I also mainly work with trauma- informed therapeutic modalities like "Inner Child Work". Guiding people to reparent the vulnerable parts of themselves and embracing self- compassion. I aim to create a supportive and empathetic relationship that caters to each client's unique needs.
