I work with adults carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, often in silence. Many of my clients are navigating toxic work environments, strained relationships, major life transitions, and the emotional cost of performing in spaces that were never built for them
Through a trauma-informed lens, we uncover what lives beneath the patterns, the wounds, the inner critic, the roles you learned to play, so you can move beyond surviving and into intentional healing. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), supported by CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness, all tailored to you.
I also integrate inner child work and a mind-body-spirit framework to reach the deeper emotional layers. I honor every client's full identity and provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients. My goal is a warm, grounded space where you reclaim your peace and reconnect with who you actually are.
