I work with teens, adults, and couples who have a complicated relationship with themselves, their relationships, and their past. My clients typically come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like something is wrong with them. While we may explore your past, our focus is on actions you can take in the present to create meaningful change. Many of my clients want to understand the deeper “why” behind their patterns as they navigate anxiety, grief, ADHD, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and more. My approach blends existential psychotherapy with a touch of geek culture.
I help clients understand the emotional and behavioral patterns that keep repeating, even when they’re trying hard to change. My work focuses on anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, grief, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and questions around identity and meaning. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and focused on tools that fit real life.
