Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, navigating trauma, or working through addiction, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’m a mental health therapist and drug and alcohol counselor who works with teens and adults in individual sessions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. While I meet you where you are, I’m also here to provide structure, direction, and real strategies to help you feel better and move forward.
I use a mix of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. More importantly, I tailor our work to what fits you. Healing isn’t one size fits all, and therapy shouldn’t be either.
I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and heard. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a break, my goal is to create a space where you feel welcome and where we can do meaningful, effective work together.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
