Are you stuck feeling like you are just trying to make it through the day and going through the motions? Do you struggle with feeling anxious, depressed, out of control, and overwhelmed in daily life experiences? My goal is to help you build self-awareness and coping skills to help you take back that feeling of control and ability to enjoy life. I believe that everybody is different so therapy will be structured around your individual needs and goals.
I utilize Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Person centered, and Solution-focused behavioral therapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, foster/adoptive, and people experiencing life transitions.
It can be scary to reach out for help. The fact that you are looking right now is already a big step. Everyone deserves to feel like they have some control over their own lives. I am here to provide a safe and compassionate space to achieve that goal.
