Therapy is about the experience of getting to know ourselves again and reacquainting ourselves with who we are at our core. We live in such a fast-paced world and it is easy to get lost. Sometimes, we lose sight of who we are. I believe all of us have many different parts of ourselves. Some protect us, some help us succeed, some hold us back, and some keep us safe. Engaging in therapy with me is about the experience of loving all of our parts, even the ones we may say “I don’t like that about me.” I would like to join you on your path to loving ALL of you, and remind you of your inner wisdom.
I specialize working with folks working through life transitions: whether that be developmental stage transitions, relationship, faith, and identity transitions, I am here to support you through it. Through a trauma informed lens we will also evaluate anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment related issues that might come up along the way.
I realize that coming to therapy is a big step! I want you to know, I see you, hear you, and will hold space for what you show up with. Showing up for the first session is the hardest part, but it gets easier! I would be honored to walk with you on your journey towards self discovery, empowerment, and healing.
