About
Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me! I believe finding the right therapist to fit your needs is a very important step in the counseling process. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to find their inner strengths and build resilience. I have experience in working with individuals from all walks of life that are living with depression, grief, anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and so on. I welcome all clients interested in seeking services. I just ask that you come as you are :).
It is important to me that my clients feel empowered by the work they do in therapy. I use a humanistic, strengths-based, and wholistic approach to therapy with a variety of interventions (CBT, DBT, sand tray, art therapy, etc.) I am passionate about tailoring your therapeutic experience to your unique needs and interests.
I provide a relaxed environment that allows for clients to feel heard and understood. My goal is to build strong therapeutic relationship with you in order to maintain a space that is filled with empathy, understanding, and is judgment-free. I look forward to walking alongside you, no matter where you are in your mental health journey.
