Hi, I’m Kelsie. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and somatic therapist with over a decade of experience sitting with people through the complexities of life. My approach is grounded in presence, body awareness, and the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, each other, and the systems we live in. I draw from somatic practices, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to help clients reconnect with their own wisdom, process what’s been stored in the body, and move toward more ease and authenticity.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space to begin wherever you are.
I’ll guide us through some gentle questions to get a sense of what’s bringing you in, what’s felt hard lately, and what you’re hoping for in therapy. We’ll go at your pace. I might also introduce some simple body-based check-ins to help us stay connected to the present moment, if that feels supportive.
More than anything, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and safe enough to begin this work together.
I blend somatic awareness, nervous system education, and narrative therapy to support deep, sustainable change.
