Summer in Montana can feel full and fast—concerts, live music, travel, social plans, and the pressure to “make the most of it” often leads to burnout instead of restoration. I help clients find a sustainable balance between rest and engagement so they can actually enjoy their lives without running on empty and completely crashing out come mid September. Together we explore pacing, boundaries, and how to listen to your nervous system while still participating in the things that bring you joy. The goal is a summer that feels fun but still not depleting. I'm here to give direct solutions, hard boundaries and coping skills to set you up

Therapy with me is both practical and deeply human. I support women in understanding their hormones, cycles, and bodies, and adults tired of surviving on autopilot. I work with first responders and high-functioning adults who want direct tools, as well as those carrying family conflict, trauma, or shame. This is a space to get real understanding and change.

Knowledge is power so I believe in helping clients understand the why behind their thoughts, feelings, and bodily responses. Curiosity over Criticism is my motto which leads to Compassion for yourself so we can tackle things like addiction, abuse, PTSD, loss, heartbreak and family conflict.
