I thrive with inner child therapy. Speaking to the parts of us who need to be heard & healed. I know for some of us we constantly feel knocked down. We feel like we can't win at home, in our relationships, with our kids or at our jobs. We feel lonely and ashamed so we isolate. We self medicate. We numb out by doom scrolling because we feel so helpless. This is where therapy comes in. I love therapy and doing this job because I get to remind you that you are not alone. That someone sees you and understands you. There is hope for you. Hope for the life you envision. It starts today by simply asking for help. I'm here for you.
My approach is about making you feel safe to show up in the room exactly as you are. I offer a warm space that allows us to cry together, laugh together and grow together. Trust and transparency are the foundation of my practice and I promise to always give you my authentic self, I do not shy away from confrontation.
If you are a woman who needs a safe space to discover her power, her sexuality and learn more about women's health. You found the right space. If you are a couple stuck in an endless rut, you found the right space. If you are a Veteran needing help to open up, welcome. If you are human and need help, you are welcome.
