My therapeutic approach is holistic and aims to foster the mind, body, and spirit of each client. I integrate techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy, as each client has unique needs and goals. I am passionate about working with depression, anxiety, bipolar, identity development, or individuals going through a difficult life transition.
I received my Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree both in Social Work from Wayne State University, and have clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults in both hospital and outpatient settings. It would be an honor to work together on this journey, let's talk!
