I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, big life transitions, estrangement, and trauma. I specialize in working with members of the adoption network and those impacted by foster care. With my years of experience supporting and building healthy relationships, I have a passion for working with families and couples struggling and looking for ways to improve their dynamics together.
I utilize a kind and empathic humanistic approach with everyone so you’ll feel comfortable and safe to process your unique experience and gain your sense of self. Early experiences shape us, and it’s important we focus on processing those experiences to improve your well being.
