My training in attachment theories and Emotionally Focused Therapy help me work with individuals and couples to gain insight in their individual and relational contexts. I enjoy working with clients on issues related to depression, anxiety, family of origin, life transitions and change, and trauma.
I tailor my approach based on the client’s needs and goals and I am passionate about helping clients find healing, growth, and increased self-awareness. I want clients to leave therapy feeling accepted and empowered to seek change in their lives.
