Hi, I'm Kelsie (human who also knows anxiety/depression/grief/trauma), and I work with adults in Georgia and Florida who are ready to break free from cycles that no longer serve them.

Here's what makes our work together different: I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we'll blend research-backed approaches like EMDR, ACT, SE, and/or Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (when appropriate) with practices that honor your WHOLE self.
