I'm passionate about helping others enhance their strengths, develop an understanding of the interconnectedness of their being, and healing insecure attachment. I utilize integrative interventions that take all dimensions of wellness into treatment planning. I am a nerd so I believe that knowledge is power and incorporate psychoeducation into my practice.
