My ideal client is someone who’s done everything they’re “supposed” to do but still feel disconnected, exhausted, or like they’re living a life that doesn’t fully fit. They may be the one others lean on—yet feel lonely, anxious, or unsure of who they are beneath the roles they play. Many are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or living with trauma. They want to feel seen without having to perform, to move through life with more ease and self-trust, and to reconnect with their body, voice, and values. They’re not looking for quick fixes—they’re looking for real, lasting change.

I offer trauma-informed and neuroaffirming therapy rooted in IFS, CBT, and somatic psychology. I balance deep compassion with a willingness to challenge patterns that no longer serve you. Our work is collaborative and honest, helping you reconnect with your body, clarify your truth, and create meaningful change - honoring all parts of you.
