You might feel disconnected from your desire, unsure how to communicate your needs, or stuck in patterns around sex and intimacy that feel frustrating or confusing. Maybe there’s shame, mismatch in desire, or a desire to explore your sexuality more fully - on your own or with partner(s). I work with individuals and couples navigating these experiences, including within nontraditional and ENM relationships. Together, we create a space to explore, build language, and reconnect with your body, desire, and authentic expression.
I offer sex therapy for individuals and couples, supporting exploration of desire, intimacy, communication, and relational dynamics. My approach integrates somatic awareness and relational work to help reduce shame and build more connected, fulfilling sexual experiences.
Sex and intimacy can be hard to talk about, especially when things feel off or unclear. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive space to explore what’s coming up and move toward more clarity, connection, and ease.
