Do you want to feel better? To worry less and enjoy life more? To feel confident and think highly of yourself? To have better control of your emotions? To have meaningful, lasting relationships? To feel that self-love everyone’s preaching? Nobody teaches us how to do this stuff. I get it. I’ve felt disempowered, lost, and not good enough. Learning to deeply know and accept myself liberated me from shame, doubt, and the grips of anxiety. And I’ve made it my mission to help women recognize their authentic worth and wield their full potential.
I believe connection is essential for healing - we never do big things alone. I take a collaborative approach to therapy. I respect that YOU are the expert on your own life and I show up as a human with expertise in treating what you are struggling with. I'll regularly ask for your feedback about how therapy is going and how you feel about our relationship.

Women's Self-Esteem Group
This is a psychoeducational group for women to connect with other women who struggle with self-esteem issues. You'll learn: how to identify your needs, wants, boundaries, and values and honor them; how to accept the parts of yourself you don't love; how to self-soothe and lean on your own self; how to turn self-criticism into self-compassion; and how to stop doubting yourself and start trusting yourself.
