About
Do you wish you had more support and the tools to better adapt to life's changes? Do you wish you felt more in control of your circumstances? Do you see yourself as a burden to others? Are you skeptical about counseling? You don't have to be alone in your journey. It can be difficult making that first move towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life, no matter your age or the circumstances you are in. It would be an honor to listen to your experience, provide empowering tools, and work with you as you make the changes you desire for your life!
I'm passionate about working as a team to better understand the factors that can contribute to a better quality of life. My focus is to provide a compassionate space that feels safe and judgment-free for you to share your story, feel heard, and work towards your goals. All are welcome, especially elder adults and individuals with physical disabilities.
It can be overwhelming and intimidating to navigate difficult life changes, especially if it seems like you have little support, control, or knowledge on how to adapt to them. Whether this is your first time in counseling or if you are familiar with the process, I welcome you to contact me so we can talk through this time in your life together.
