My focus is to provide a compassionate space that feels safe and judgment-free for you to share your story, feel heard, and work towards your goal. I do my best work with 17+ individuals who struggle with grief, anxiety, & life transitions.

This support group utilizes evidence-based grief workbooks to help group members explore and navigate their grief from the death of loved one in a safe, therapeutic environment. The group can offer both in-person and telehealth options.

This will be a psychoeducational and support group designed for adults (18+) who struggle with social anxiety, connection issues, and related concerns. The focus will be on equipping these adults with practical knowledge, interventions, and peer support to address emotional and interpersonal challenges related to social anxiety and connection issues.
