I’m here to support you through the messy, complicated, and meaningful parts of relationships and life. I work with people navigating polyamory, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), open relationships, and monogamy. Whether you're feeling stuck in the past, outgrowing your current life, or struggling with anger, numbness, or sadness, we'll work together to create meaningful change and help you feel more like yourself.

Spending ten years living in Spain and the Netherlands working as a teacher and behavioral science researcher has deeply shaped my work as a therapist. Now, I help clients explore past experiences, uncover new perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward the future they are hoping for.

I help clients make decisions in line with their values and create meaningful change, as well as navigate challenges in their lives, whether those challenges are abuse, life transitions, a partner's addiction, infidelity, breakups, needing your relationship to grow down a new path or are curious about finding themselves as an individual again.

Endometriosis Support Group

A support space for people living with endometriosis, grounded in a narrative therapy approach. Endo can shape how you see yourself and your life, often narrowing identity around pain, symptoms, and medical experiences. In this group, we explore both the impact of endometriosis and the stories people carry about themselves in relation to it. Alongside validation and support, we focus on re-authoring conversations that open space for identities, values, relationships, and meanings that exist beyond illness. The group offers a space for reflection, connection, and reclaiming a fuller sense of self while living with a chronic condition. Zoom sessions.
