Groups
Endometriosis Support Group
A support space for people living with endometriosis, grounded in a narrative therapy approach. Endo can shape how you see yourself and your life, often narrowing identity around pain, symptoms, and medical experiences. In this group, we explore both the impact of endometriosis and the stories people carry about themselves in relation to it. Alongside validation and support, we focus on re-authoring conversations that open space for identities, values, relationships, and meanings that exist beyond illness. The group offers a space for reflection, connection, and reclaiming a fuller sense of self while living with a chronic condition. Zoom sessions.

Open Relating & ENM
This group is for people in the lifestyle, whether you align with being poly, open, ENM and anything in-between. We'll talk about communication, jealousy, boundaries, relationship agreements, and how to navigate uncertainty with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether you're single or partnered, you'll have a space to reflect, ask questions, connect with others who get it, and learn from each other. Sessions led by me! I've got experience in the lifestyle and specializing in working with individuals and couples who practice open relating. Zoom sessions.
