Insight-oriented, heart-centered healing for mind+body+spirit. Whether you're a human who's struggling with anxiety, exhausted by people-pleasing, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, an empath, or just a human seeking more compassion and connection, I'm glad you're here. I'm Kelsey, and I'm here because I truly believe in the power we each have as humans to heal and find wholeness. Together we can explore the experiences and contexts that have made you into who you are, how to be kind to yourself through any situation, how to regulate your body and mind, and what helps you feel connected to yourself, others, and the world around us.
I know firsthand what it's like to be a sensitive soul living in a society that seems hellbent on toughness and tuning out. I believe in humanistic, holistic, compassionate care for all humans. Being a counselor + meditation teacher, I love offering my clients traditional talk therapy blended with meditations for calming and connecting body+mind+spirit.
I believe in cultural humility, human dignity, and cultivating a safe and sacred space for healing, connection, and transformation for all. I also believe in identity-affirming care, even as we explore ideas of interconnectedness. It’s my honor to walk alongside you on this journey. If anything here resonated with you, please reach out! You are not alone.

Groups
Tender Hearted Tuesdays
An online meditation and support group for highly sensitive people (HSPs), empaths, deep processors, and anyone who’s learned the habit of abandoning self in order to stay connected to others (and likely picked up anxiety along the way). This first series is covering the basics of meditation to create a foundation for the group to build off of, but the hope and goal for this group is to create an ongoing support/meditation group for sensitive folks with lots of room to explore topics of interest over time.
