My name is Kelsey, and I’m a graduate clinician at Trailhead. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can understand your inner world, face what hurts, and move toward healing at a pace that works for you.
In therapy, I help clients navigate identity challenges, relationship issues, and unresolved trauma. I’m especially committed to affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients who feel unseen, misunderstood, or pressured to hide parts of themselves. We’ll work collaboratively, using CBT, IFS, and ACT to find the tools and frameworks that fit you.
