Having worked in a variety of settings over the course of my career and have developed a passion for working with those struggling with trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, mood disorders, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and coping without substances. I also have experience helping young adults adjust to life outside of the home they grew up in, and navigate the changing family and interpersonal relationship dynamics.
I utilize a variety of approaches that can fit your needs including CBT, DBT skills, trauma narrative and motivational interviewing. It is my goal to work along side you in your journey to overall wellness and healing.
