If you're longing to connect with the most aligned, authentic version of yourself, you're in the right place. I believe you are the expert, author, editor, & publisher of your life, and you’re allowed to make as many changes as you want. Letting go of the idea that we have to “get it right” on the first try frees up space for creativity, learning, evolution, and even, yes— mistakes. Leaning into moments of uncertainty while adjusting where you're able to are just a couple of ways to continue to “edit” your storyline. Think of me as your assistant editor.
I know firsthand what it can be like to despise the person in the mirror (both inside & out)— and that suffering led me to do my own self-discovery and trauma work, which got me to a place where I now have the privilege of supporting folks like you on your own path of pain, healing, and growth.
I work with adults, teens, & families struggling with eating disorders, trauma, family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, or feeling just plain stuck. I am deeply honored to hold space for my clients in the midst of some of the most painful parts of life, and for them to know they are being seen and heard with compassion and zero judgment.
