Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted or hopeless after therapy that hasn’t helped. As a trauma survivor myself, I understand that pain and draw from my own recovery experience in supporting you.
I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach that weaves together relational therapy, art, and somatic healing. My work in psychedelic research and ketamine-assisted therapy clinics informs how I support expanded states of awareness and nervous system repair. Together, we create a space where healing becomes a sacred act of remembering yourself.
