First of all, I want to congratulate you on taking a very courageous step in seeking out counseling services. This is no small feat. With a certificate in trauma counseling, I specialize in working with trauma survivors. I also enjoy women experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, birth trauma, and high achieving/anxious adolescents.
