First of all, I want to congratulate you on taking a very courageous step in seeking out counseling services. This is no small feat. Whether you are seeking counseling for healing from your past or because your current ways of coping are no longer working, I consider it a great privilege and honor to be invited along your journey to healing. I approach counseling from a holistic and integrative perspective. The family you grew up in, the resources you had access to, your beliefs, personal life experiences, and resilience all make up who you are today and how you learned to function in the world.
It is crucial we acknowledge and take into account all parts of yourself as we move towards healing and transformation. With a certificate in trauma counseling, I specialize in working with trauma survivors. I also enjoy women experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, birth trauma, and high achieving/anxious adolescents.
I find it a privilege to walk with you as you do the work to no longer allow your history of trauma, anxieties, insecurities, or difficult experiences define you.
I see clients in person in Knoxville, TN and offer telehealth sessions for clients throughout the state of Tennessee and Georgia.
