I specialize in walking alongside women navigating trauma, anxiety, motherhood, and seasons of transition. Whether you're high-achieving and burnt out, adjusting to new motherhood, or carrying unspoken stories—you're not too much, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, offering EMDR, somatic tools, and faith integration for those who desire it. I hold space for the tender places—bringing curiosity, safety, and deep respect for your story.
I find it a privilege to walk with you as you do the work to no longer allow your history of trauma, anxieties, insecurities, or difficult experiences define you. I see clients in person in Knoxville, TN and offer telehealth sessions for clients throughout the states of Tennessee and Georgia.

Yet so many women walk through this season feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of who they are becoming. And Then She Became a Mom is an 8-week virtual psychoeducational and skills-based group designed to gently support women as they navigate the postpartum season and the deep identity shift of motherhood.
