I work with children, adolescents, young adults and families. My specialties include helping individuals learn to cope and manage their anxiety and depression, adolescent development and behavioral problems, family conflict, trauma and PTSD. I utilize a variety of approaches and interventions such as Play Therapy, CBT, Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy
