Welcome! I provide evidence-based interventions to provide quality care while tailoring treatment to best meet you or your child's needs. Utilizing techniques from Interpersonal, Neurobiological, Cognitive-Behavioral, Play and Attachment-based therapies, my goal is to help you identify challenges and unhelpful patterns, learn new ways of coping, engaging and interacting, and empower you to make meaningful changes. Our work together supports healing and can assist your family in creating deeper connection, better communication, and more moments of shared joy.
I specialize in infant/early childhood mental health and supporting children and families dealing with trauma. I am strengths-based and trauma-informed, and utilize relational based treatment as appropriate. I also am a Certified Instructor of Infant Massage, and am trained in EMDR to use with both children and adults. Contact me to learn more!
