While I primarily work with adults struggling with mental health and interpersonal problems, I also have in-depth experience working with individuals recovering from complex trauma, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. I am 12-step trained and believe that therapy can be a great addition to any recovery program.
I am a naturally direct and open person, and my clients can always depend on me sharing honest feedback. I am here to work with you as a human being, first and foremost.
