In my work, I see conflict and communication as the driving force for needing support. I believe that every conflict offers an opportunity to be deeply seen and understood by our partner, friends, or family. In my practice, I lead with the Gottman method for couples, which integrates research-based interventions to help those that are experiencing issues such as lack of intimacy, sex, commitment issues, infidelity, betrayal, lack of friendship, loss of trust, money issues, communication issues, parenting, etc. This approach is equally applicable to working with families and individuals as well.
I am passionate about working with couples, families, and adult individuals. My speciality includes The Gottman Couples Therapy, conflict management, inner child work, reparenting, shadow work, attachment styles, unhealthy family members/in-laws, navigating fractured or complicated relationships with parents, depression, anxiety, and boundaries.
I am devoted to creating a safe space for my clients to feel deeply seen and heard. You are valued and are worth the investment you put into yourself. I feel that therapy is a reciprocal process because I learn as much from my clients as they hopefully learn from me. I am a human first and a therapist last. I am here learning and growing alongside you.
