Growth mindset is something that I really admire in others and strive for myself. Sometimes we get stuck though trying to grow. This is where therapy can help. Through a deep dive into your thoughts, beliefs about yourself, and life experiences, I will help to guide you through healing and growth. I will be your biggest advocate and encourager while you discover aspects of yourself that you never knew existed that may be wounded parts that keep you stuck. I will cheer you along the way while you embark on your path of conquering your fears and starting to understand your true self, truly being able to launch forward into growth.

I partner with you from an "eclectic theoretical approach". I look at you as a whole person and tailor my approach to you individually. Some of these approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma-informed lens, and Attachment Theory. I can also provide faith-based counseling if desired.

Part of why I became a counselor is I experienced the beauty and relief that came with finally feeling whole on my own journey through therapy and my faith. I enjoy having clients become in-touch with their past hurts and traumas and accepting them as part of their story to begin the healing process.
