I welcome clients from all spheres of life & lived realities. I am currently accepting clients for individual, couples (including poly/non-monogamy), & group therapy. Most of my professional experience has been with communities that are underrepresented, under supported, economically limited, identify as BIPOC, neurodivergent, and/or LGBTQIA+. As a gay nonbinary person, I am especially passionate about working with folks from the queer community.
At its core, my role is to hold nonjudgmental, collaborative, supportive space for folks to hone a sense of self & cultivate a relationship with the world around them. I use a blended approach, tailored to each of my clients. My practice is supervised by Christy Rushfeldt, LICSW.
Therapy can be a place to vent, examine your thinking, change behavior, build skills to be the best version of yourself. I like to keep it casual, comfortable, collaborative. I'll also keep you accountable & call something out as needed to keep you moving towards your goals. My hope is that you feel nourished, resourced, energized as we work together.
