Hi, I'm Kelsey! I specialize in supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and the transition to parenthood. I also work with women navigating developmental trauma, identity shifts, relationship challenges, anxiety, and patterns like people-pleasing or perfectionism. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening now, but the experiences, relationships, and strengths that shape how you move through the world.
I offer warm, relational therapy grounded in evidence-based care. Drawing from CBT, psychodynamic, attachment-based, humanistic, and feminist approaches, I tailor therapy to your unique needs while helping you build insight, strengthen self-trust, and create lasting change that aligns with your values.
