I have extensive experience helping individuals who are processing trauma and life transitions. My clients are typically looking to integrate their past life, culture, values, and identity into their present and future life while learning to understand themselves and what works best for them. Individuals may be experiencing life transitions into parenthood, marriage, divorce, adulthood, pre/post college, a queer identity, or a new diagnosis or disability.
My goal is to help you feel confident and supported, while encouraging you to make the best decisions for yourself. I aim to provide honesty and education where I can but trust that you know yourself best. We can use body movement and artistic expression to enhance our work together in addition to our talk therapy.
Reaching out for help can be intimidating. If you've made it as far as searching online for a therapist, then you are one step closer to finding the support you need. I want you to know that you are deserving of empathy and care no matter what, and I will be here ready to accept you when you're ready.
