I work with individuals who are experiencing relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, codependency, &/or perfectionism. You may find yourself struggling with self-identity &/or boundary-setting in your relationships. Many of my clients wrestle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, & a constant questioning of their worth. My goal is to give you the space to share your story, explore previously unexamined areas, and work toward understanding how past experiences may be influencing present challenges. I specialize in family of origin work and use EMDR when appropriate.
I believe that problematic behaviors, thoughts, & perceptions often stem from past emotionally or psychologically damaging experiences, particularly within family dynamics or significant relationships. Together, I will assist you in gaining a clearer understanding of yourself & finding healthier ways to engage with your life.
