Kelsey Psychological Services serves adults who may appear capable on the outside while struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, burnout, relationship strain, or the lasting effects of military and high-stress service. We especially welcome veterans, service members, first responders, and professionals seeking practical, confidential care. Our approach is direct, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping clients understand what is keeping them stuck, build effective coping skills, and move toward steadier functioning, stronger relationships, and a more meaningful life.
Led by Dr. Matthew Kelsey, a clinical psychologist, the practice provides telehealth psychotherapy, couples therapy, psychological testing, and selected disability, fitness-for-duty, and forensic evaluations. Treatment is tailored to each client and may draw from trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and skills-based approaches.
