I am trained in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and harm reduction in regards to substances. I'm open to new clients from ages 16+ with anxiety, relationship issues, difficulty managing or understanding emotions, identity concerns, parenting issues, and the LGBT+ community.
We are all just doing our best every single day. If you feel lost, I can help you figure it out. To reduce stress in my own life, I enjoy hiking and being in nature, and spending time with my son. In addition to Wisconsin, I am a licensed counselor in Florida and Ohio.
