Welcome, I am here to support you in your journey towards healing, growth, and wholehearted living. I work collaboratively with teens, adults, couples, and families to help them bring about change, growth, and connection. This can be related to anything from depression, anxiety, trauma, self worth, career and life transitions, to family, parenting, and relational challenges. I am passionate about building relationships with people and supporting them in discovering their true selves, building healthy relationships, and expanding their life skills.
My therapeutic approach is founded in the belief that people desire to be fully known and loved for who they are. I utilize a trauma informed relational based approach that incorporates Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Practices, Relational Life Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and mindfulness.
I understand change comes with uncertainty and asking for help is challenging. I will meet you where you are. It takes courage to be vulnerable and take a step towards change and growth, so together we will practice vulnerability and courage to reach your goals.
