This new school year is an opportunity to grow! I help college students and new moms overcome stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I meet with clients in California (in-person and virtual).
Working with me, you will develop skills and insight that will help you meet your personal goals. This time of year can bring on a lot of stressors. I can help you through this season and help empower you to make confident choices.
I'll help you develop goals for overcoming these challenges and finding your path forward. I can meet with you in-person on Fridays at my Vista office and I can meet with you M-F virtually. My availability is 9-4pm.
I integrate techniques from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Faith-Based Therapy. I provide an empathetic ear and thoughtful responses. This is a space for you to openly process everything and anything going on in your life!

This 10-week group is a supportive space for graduate students to explore what it really means to grow into the role of “therapist.” It’s a space to learn and process. Process Group for New Therapists
