I take a person-centered approach that begins with meeting you exactly where you are. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I don’t believe in quick fixes. Our work is built on trust, understanding, & collaboration. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, what they’ve meant to you, & how they continue to shape your life, at a pace you're comfortable with.
Our first session will be like meeting with a friend over coffee or tea. We will sit and talk. Take time to get to know each other, learn what's important. What scares you, makes you happy. If there are questions you don't want to answer or you don't feel comfortable with then we stop. You have total control. I'm here for you and you are in the driver's seat
