If you have tried talk therapy and it feels as though it is not moving the way it used to. Perhaps you are seeking support or a pathway to self discovery around old patterns, anxiety, depression, confusing emotions, overwhelm, relational dynamics, or trauma. If you feel drawn to a more holistic way of working with themes like these and you are curious to engage with more creative/art, spiritual/soul, somatic, nature-based, or experiential approaches. If you want to experience more embodiment, find clarity, grow, heal, and learn about yourself-and you desire more than simply talking your way through it, this is where I may come in.

I weave together art, creativity, somatics, nature-connection, and mindfulness. I also use reflection, contemplation, and talking to integrate. I work well with themes of identity, times of transition, expansion, self-compassion, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, decision making, burn-out, relationship dynamics, creative block, trauma, and parts work.

Being human is such a ride of ups and downs. We are not meant to do it alone. Having a non-judgmental place to process the hard stuff as well as deepen an understanding of yourself, through holistic processes and wisdom helps.
