About
Life is full of beauty and hardship. We all have experiences that shape who we are, how we feel, and what we believe about ourselves. Sometimes, these feelings and beliefs aren't healthy, and we need a compassionate space to explore and heal our wounds. From young professionals to new moms, I invite deep exploration and support clients to develop understanding of how the adversities they've faced impact their minds, bodies, and spirits.
I have spent over a decade providing counseling to individuals and families seeking better self understanding and healing. I bring profound compassion to the therapy room, encouraging clients to bravely explore what's lying under the surface. I use EMDR in combination with mindfulness and self compassion to guide clients to health.
These dark places can feel lonely, but you are not alone. Many of us have walked a path of confusion, pain and loss. Seeking support is a brave step toward being well. I'm eager to join you on this journey.
