I am drawn to working with individuals, couples, and families from a holistic view. From experience with many different treatment modalities, I use a combination of theories depending on the needs and goals of the client. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are at the forefront of my practices, as I believe in the importance of the need for secure attachment, safety, belonging and connection. In addition to working with adults, I am also passionate about working with individual adolescents, as well as children in play therapy.
Creating and building impactful relationships is at the heart of my work. With previous work experience in customer service, as well as administrative work within a law firm, I have come to realize that working with other humans is my passion. I utilize a client-centered approach, as I believe that you are the master of what makes you, uniquely you.
I would be honored to support you through each aspect of your healing journey. It takes a lot of strength and courage to notice when something in your life needs to change. You own the ability to uncover and awaken solutions within yourself. Please call or email me directly for a free consultation and introduction.
