About
Life can be difficult, often leaving us with a loss of direction, feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation. Together we can explore what might feel chaotic or overwhelming to gently being to process and unpack, identifying personalized coping tools, strategies, and plans for your personal growth.
I create a space and relationship with my clients that enables fears to fall aside as I offer empathy, understanding, and a sense of grounded safety. I intend to provide guidance in one's counseling journey highlighting clients' strengths and providing helpful tools and insights maintaining a holistic view of each individual.
Entering counseling is a courageous step towards growth and health. As you continue in your process towards counseling please do not hesitate to reach out! I would love to have a conversation about your needs, the support you are looking for, and how we might collaborate. I would consider it an honor to be a part of your counseling journey!
